A new year often comes with new expectations, resolutions and pressure to become a better version of ourselves. But what if, instead of constantly trying to change who we are, we learned to appreciate who we already are?

New Year, Same Me is an event dedicated to young people's mental well-being, self-acceptance and the importance of feeling comfortable in your own skin.

We want to create a space where young people can connect, take a break from everyday pressures, put their phones away and focus on themselves and the people around them.

All proceeds raised through our event will go directly to Psykiatrifonden (The Danish Mental Health Foundation), supporting their important work in promoting mental health, preventing mental illness and helping people affected by mental health challenges.

By donating, you are helping us support a cause that affects so many young people and reminding them that they are not alone.
